International students pay their fees in Russian rubles according
to the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Russia, on the maturity date.
Add 2% bank commissions for exchange for all fees,
because of VSMA accepts payments only in Russian rubles,
but in the rate of the Central Bank of Russia.
